Wisconsin Conquerors FC is delighted to announce Ricardo Jorge Oliveira Pedro as the club’s
first-ever Head Coach and Technical Director. Pedro will be tasked with forming the Central
Wisconsin club’s first technical staff and team that will compete in the NPSL and MASL2 in
2024.
Pedro brings an organized and creative philosophical strategy to Wisconsin Conquerors FC
through many diverse experiences. He has experience coaching around the world in places
including Europe, South America, Asia, Africa and the Middle East following an extensive
playing career that spanned over 23 years.
“It is immense pride to join the Wisconsin Conquerors family,” Pedro said. “My approach to this beautiful game is with meaningful learning, comprehensive physical preparation, a holistic view of the player and the implementation of up-to-date training methodologies which are fundamental pillars that guide my role as a professional.”
A native of Portugal, Pedro’s playing career began with Sporting Lisbon with other stops in
England and Cyprus before concluding his playing career in his homeland in 2011. He holds a
UEFA Advanced License (Level III) + Elite Youth and has earned a degree in physical
education and sport teacher with a specialization in soccer.

Pedro has been involved in coaching since 2005 and earned his Fitness Instructor Specialist
with an emphasis in Bodybuilding and Cardiovascular. He worked with the PSV Eindhoven
Academy in 2011 before additional stops across several different continents. Pedro’s most
recent positions were with Oman’s Al Oroubah Club in 2022-23, South Korea’s Gangwon FC in 2023 and Iraq´s Naft Missan SC in 2023-24.
“I am highly motivated to demonstrate and put into practice all the technical skills acquired over more than 30 years of experience in this sport with this great and challenging role with
Wisconsin Conquerors FC,” Pedro said. “We intend to raise the standard of soccer in Central
Wisconsin.”
Pedro will also be the instructor for the club’s upcoming open tryouts on February 10-11. The
tryout will take place from 10am to 3pm at Greenheck Field House in Weston, WI. For more
